An essay on the critical role the
subconscious plays in developing
Since the early 1980's, working as the Director of Entertainment Software for Activision, I have been extremely interested in the development of game software that would prepare youth for pursuing studies in the areas of science and/or technology. Recently a friend of mine, Les Belady, asked me what I thought could be done to encourage students to pursue these disciplines. This essay is my response to that question.
