Dear Mr. Fregger:

I am writing to let you know how pleased we were to have you as one of our workshop presenters at the annual Governor’s Volunteer Leadership Conference (GVLC) in Houston late October. Your evaluation responses were very positive.

Overall presentation of the session, “Telling Stories to Change Beliefs, Attitudes & Perceptions” rated ninety-eight percent (98%) in terms of professional, interesting, and content knowledge. Eighty percent (80%) gave a strong endorsement. Eighty-five percent (85%) believed the material met their expectations and want to learn more about the topic. Nearly ninety-percent (87%) indicated they want to see the workshop presenter again.

Comments ranged from “great job!” to “excellent presenter!” and included this comment: “great speaker; an asset. Don’t let go of a good thing.” Of particular interest to the field of volunteerism was this comment: “very innovative … good for promoting volunteer programs.”

You will be receiving a summary as well as all the completed evaluations under separate cover. The Texas Commission on Volunteerism & Community Service that oversees GVLC is happy to add you to our list of valuable community resources in Texas for training and technical assistance. With best regards, I am

Sincerely,
