In early February Kim Reynolds rolled back all Covid Restrictions for public venues.This was over a month before the City Council meeting where the Fairfield City Council refused to roll back the mask restriction for the Rec Center. The Rec Center is a public venue, supported by taxes and, therefore, paid for by the citizens of Fairfield.
